All Auto Services - Grand Rapids MI Auto Repair Shop

The only shop I'd bring my car to while in college. Can't even tell you how many times I brought my car in. Staff always explained exactly was wrong, and other issues they found and would give an honest answer regarding how long it'd be that I could go without those extra findings being worked on. Customer service was always a 10/10. They offered to provide me a ride not only home, but also to work the following day if needed. Always willing to squeeze my car in as soon as they could. If it wasn't a 10 hour drive, I'd still bring my car here.

For the past 12 years, All Auto has been the only place I’ve trusted with my vehicles, and I can honestly say I’ve never had a bad experience. These guys operate with excellence, integrity, and professionalism every single time. As a woman, I’ll be the first to admit I’m pretty clueless when it comes to cars 🤣, but I have NEVER felt like they were trying to take advantage of me or bankrupt me. That means everything to me because finding an honest mechanic is priceless. If you’re looking for a safe, affordable, trustworthy, and genuinely caring auto repair shop, PLEASE choose All Auto. They’ve earned my business for over a decade, and they’ve earned this recommendation too. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommended! — Mrs. Anita | WeightKillahs LLC 💕

I had a generally good experience with All Auto Services, the people there are great, very friendly and knowledgeable. And my repair was done well, with a two year or 24,000 mile warranty, which I appreciated. Alex was particularly patient and helpful. My only problems were with 1) communication, and 2) length of time it took to get the car back. I was told the repair would be a 2 - 3 day repair - I had an appointment to bring it in at 8:30 on June 3. I had it there at just after 7:30 on June 3. I did not get the car back until June 10. I am unsure at this time why it took so long but it was a significant hardship, and no explanation was ever given. Also, I was promised phone calls to update me on what was going on with my car, and that did not happen, except for the morning of June 5, when Alex called to inform me that my car was going to need a significantly expensive part to repair it properly, which I readily authorized. Otherwise, I was left to call Alex each day around 4:30 - 4:45 to find out what was going on with my car. I should also note that Alex was kind enough to take me down to the car rental place when it became apparent the repair could not be accomplished

My son and I came into town for a charity sports event recently from 90 miles away, we had an issue arise and while he was participating in the event All Auto Services was able to not only fit us into the day's schedule but also facilitate a ride for me back to the event and then back to pick up our car when the work was completed! I truly believe this was the best experience I've ever had having any of our vehicles serviced! Thank you again All Auto Services!

Very nice people, and they do amazing work for the price in my opinion. I have brought multiple cars to them. I recently had them change my transmission fluid, filter and pan gasket on my 06 BMW, and now it shifts better than ever and it’s at 150k miles. Would recommend them to anyone.
